Utah County Accused of Falsifying Road Data For
Money
How honest are Utah counties about the roads they claim
are RS 2477 rights-of-way? One clue may be how honest the counties are
about claiming what routes they maintain to get federal funds. And
former county road managers don't think Uintah County in northeast
Utah has been so honest about that.
